My right upper gum showed too much when I smiled, so I got laser treatment.. They used anesthesia and trimmed the gum with a laser. For aftercare, I used mouthwash, and the important thing is that because it was burned with a laser, the gum turned blackㅇ like I had eaten something like black sesame. It was temporary, but it stressed me out a lot.. Gum contouring comes back.. lol Wasted money After getting orthodontic treatment, my bite aligned and the gum asymmetry improved. Conclusion: if you have a case like mine (gum asymmetry, mild malocclusion, and slightly crooked teeth), get orthodontic treatment.
