Revision rhinoplasty consultation reviews!!!!

First of all, I had rhinoplasty in 2017, and because it was done only with septal cartilage, my nose did not improve and my bulbous nose was not corrected. The nose where the hump was shaved looks too big, so I’m considering revision surgery.. haha

The consultations were last year, and I plan to visit 4 more places additionally.

1. ㅊㅇ Plastic Surgery The hospital was really pretty.. seriously, it had a vibe like a select shop, and the consultation manager didn’t pressure me to book, but there was a little bit of praise for the director. There weren’t many people when I went, but the consultation was super long. They said the hospital’s philosophy is long consultations, thoroughness, and respect for patients. Just like they said, the doctor really checked everything carefully, touching and examining my nose one by one. But that person has apparently left now.. Still, I liked the hospital itself, and since it wasn’t the doctor I originally wanted, I’m going to have another consultation with someone else. Nasal tip: ear cartilage / Nasal bridge: re-osteotomy without implant

2. ㄷㅇㄷ Plastic Surgery Here.. I went with no expectations at all, but it was the best ㄷㄷ The hospital felt a bit more like a dermatology or dental clinic than a flashy plastic surgery clinic. The director came in casually, kept touching and examining my nose, and told me clearly that my nose is long compared with my face, so if I put in a nasal bridge implant like silicone, it would look even longer. Since my concern was a long nose, the fact that he pointed this out exactly made me trust him. He said he would put postauricular fascia into the nasal bridge and use only ear cartilage for the nasal tip. The director had a lot of pride and strong confidence in his skills. At first I wondered if he was a bit chic/cool, but when I asked questions, he listened carefully and answered them right away. Good. Nasal tip: ear cartilage / Nasal bridge: postauricular fascia, re-osteotomy

Even though they were clearly different hospitals, they all said the same things lol, so it was interesting. Next time I’ll also consult places that use donated rib cartilage and write a post. Bye
