I visited three places for a man’s first rhinoplasty consultation. Hope this helps.
First: ㄹㄱ First of all, I liked both the doctor and the consultant, but the price was brutal. Functional nose 3 million + cosmetic nose 4.5 million [autologous costal cartilage + customized implant + ear cartilage] Total amount 7.5 million Of course, I expected it to be in the 4 million range because they use autologous costal cartilage, but they quoted 3 million for the functional nose saying private insurance applies, and talked as if it would be 100% reimbursed, which was upsetting. My private insurance covers 80%, so if insurance applies, the total payment would be 5.1 million lol I don’t have money..
Second: ㅈㄷ I really liked the consultant, and the conversation was straightforward. There was no psychological bargaining or anything, just price 4.5 million [customized implant + autologous costal cartilage + ear cartilage] But the doctor talking as if anything could be done lowered my trust a little; and he looked very busy, and I strongly felt like he wanted to get me out. Still, he did answer everything I asked.
Third: ㅇㅇㅇ The consultant and doctor were good. They treated me a bit like a friend. Total amount 4.5 million [autologous costal cartilage + ear cartilage + silicone] But somehow it didn’t feel right for me.
