I went for a consultation because they are very famous for alar base reduction, but the director was much more blunt than I expected and looked tired. The consultation manager was very kind, and I feel like I actually received more explanations from the manager. I think you need to go in having thought through all the questions you want to ask before the consultation. The reviews are good, but after the consultation, I’m actually a bit unsure whether it’s okay to have the surgery done by the director.
