My eyelids were thick and I had a lot of fat, so I went in only looking into upper blepharoplasty because I was using my forehead to open my eyes, but they strongly recommended epicanthoplasty as well, and I got swept along and did both. Rather than recommending eyes that fit a person’s facial proportions, they kept showing me photos of Westerners and actresses, saying that complete exposure of the lacrimal caruncle is normal, and they even performed the surgery so that the lacrimal caruncle was exposed too much. As a result, I ended up with eyes that look completely out of place, so I’m considering revision of the epicanthoplasty.. Upper blepharoplasty was a surgery I had really wanted to get, so I’m still satisfied even though the scar is there. +The upper blepharoplasty left a depressed scar at the front part of my eyebrow and it just won’t go away..... I’m so stressed that I’m looking into scar removal surgery. The epicanthoplasty also has a lot of side effects like stepped scarring and shine, and it was over-widened, so I’m thinking about restoration
