I don't think I heard anything in particular when I had the surgery, but are there cases where the height becomes even lower than your original natural nose? Ugh... I don't think this only applies to L-shaped implants, but I heard that sometimes they shave down the existing nasal bridge bone during surgery so the silicone settles well;; It's not a common case, right? I wanted to do it without an implant from the beginning, but I trusted the doctor and got an L-shaped implant, so this time I'm thinking of removing it and only doing the nasal tip.
