I had my nose done once a few years ago, but the nasal tip gradually drooped, and honestly, it doesn’t really look like I had my nose done anymore, and I feel like it’s gradually becoming similar to before surgery. I’m also wondering if I need to use costal cartilage to keep the nasal tip from droopingㅜㅠ Can I also find out which clinics are especially good with costal cartilage?ㅠㅜ For now, while looking at reviews, I’m only searching for places where I like the nose shape, ㅍㄹㅁㅇ ㅊㅎㅅ ㅌㅋㄹㅅ ㄱㅎㅈ ㅍㄹㅇㅂ ㅇㅈㅎ These are the ones. Has anyone here had revision surgery using costal cartilage at any of these places?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
