People with a big nose will understand, but I didn’t want to make my nose higher so much as I just wanted it to stand out less on my face From the front, the tip was wide, and from the side I also had a hump, so no matter which angle you looked from, my nose had a huge presence lol I had it done by Director Jung Young-hoon at ID, and we used silicone, septal cartilage, ear cartilage, and donated rib cartilage, and also corrected the hump, osteotomy, and bulbous nose at the same time. Even during the consultation, I kept saying, “More than height, please do something about the big nose first...” lol Instead of just making the nose smaller blindly, they explained how to organize the wider-looking parts and the width to match my face, so that’s how we went ahead. Now the front view is such a relief. Before, when I looked at facial photos, my nose was the first thing I saw before my eyes, but the bulbous-nose look has gone down so my impression looks much cleaner. The side line that had the hump is smooth now too, but it doesn’t look like an unnaturally straight, overdone nose, so I think it matches my face well enough Since this surgery started because of my big nose, I’m actually happier that it looks slimmer overall than that it just got higher lol And honestly, this time it wasn’t only the nose I had done; I had other cosmetic procedures done too. I have a lot to say about those as well lol If this review gets a good reaction, I’ll bring those separately next time
