Review of revision surgery for contracture nose + facelift

I didn’t want to have nose surgery again, so at the previous hospital I said it was okay if the nose was low. I asked them to make it look straight and natural when other people see it But as time passed, the nose became crooked, and one nostril even got blocked, making it hard just to breathe. A younger sibling close to me was in a similar situation, and got revision rhinoplasty first.
