From the reviews, it seemed like everyone went after watching YouTube, and it is hard to compare the gap with YouTube, but yes, they are cynical, yet they pointed out exactly what was needed and what was unnecessary on my face, so I liked that. Honestly, from the perspective of someone who has had a lot of procedures, a director being kind is not important at all. I have had surgery go wrong several times because the consultation was kind and thorough, so I filtered that out completely and, at consultation, I checked whether they were recommending what truly fit my face based on the level I already knew, or not.
