I wanted slim thighs and fuller butt volume;; in the end, surgery was the only answer. During the consultation with Dr. Ppombbae, he actually palpated the fat distribution and designed exactly where to remove and where to add, and he was quite meticulous.. The saying that the day after T-to-Z liposuction is worse than the day of surgery was exactly right, and for a while I was walking around all hunched and awkward..;; I had to be careful when sitting so I wouldn't press on my butt;; every time I went in for aftercare, the bruising was visibly fading, and the swelling too, and because it was T-to-Z, the scars are almost invisible! My back view changed so much, and my butt, which used to be flat like bread, now has a cute rounded volume..( )( ) exactly that shape.. The transplanted fat seems to have taken well too, because the line has stayed the same, and the aftercare was systematic and thorough, which I liked.
