Since it was the middle of summer, I just kept agonizing over it, and all that wasted time felt like forever, so I just went for it;; It was a clinic where I had to wear compression garments, so I worried I would die from the heat, but since I was indoors anyway it did not matter x. On the contrary, it was nice. I have always been on the bony side, so my circumference is big too, but once I became an adult I kept cycling through drinking and bingeing, then starving myself, and I ended up with rebound weight gain and all the fat went to my belly (It would be weird if I did not gain weight lol) Anyway, I have sagging fat + too much body fat + visceral fat level above average, a really strange body. Even on the same day, the volume shrank a lot, so it was so amazing. The pain was like strong muscle soreness. I was so scared, but thankfully it was okay. To help with swelling, I even bought a secondhand bottle warmer so I can drink warm water. I also found a great combo for swelling medicine and stocked up in advance. Am I being too much..? Oh right, I had 1900 cc taken from my upper abdomen + lower abdomen + love handles + sides. Honestly, it is not a huge amount compared with my overall size, but is it not amazing how much it changes things?
