I had surgery at another hospital before because of nasal congestion, but it had no effect at all. I also did not like the shape of my nose, and as a man, my T-zone looked dead, so my confidence went down.. I got functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty at G&G, which is famous as an ENT hospital, and I think it turned out really well. I chose them because there were many reviews from men when I was looking into hospitals, and now I understand why they do so many surgeries here. When I had the CT scan, the inside of my nose was very crooked, and because of rhinitis it kept swelling and going down again and again, so the congestion was severe. They corrected the narrowed nasal valve and raised my nose at the same time. The bridge was low and wide, so they said normal silicone could look noticeable. When they raised it with a custom implant, it looks natural and seems good. I really like the side profile, and I like that it does not look like I had surgery. I think it would be good for people who want to raise only the nose a little in a natural way. Haha
