A review after 5 years of orthodontic treatment ㅠ ,,, I feel like braces really weaken your teeth, so I recommend not doing it if you can avoid it.. Other people can bite things off well with their teeth and use their teeth like tools, but mine are already weakened, so I can't use them with a crunch ㅠ And you have to wear a retainer for life, and honestly it's just uncomfortable ㅠㅠ
