I removed fat from the accessory breast area and the back of my upper arms. The compression garment was a bit uncomfortable, but unless I lift my arms way up? I don’t think there’s really any pain!! I didn’t really diet and ate what I wanted, but it doesn’t bulge out like before and follows the line, so I really feel like I made the right choice..
