I felt stuck about getting rid of my upper arm fat, so I looked around and found that this place shaped the line closest to what I wanted. So I went for a consultation right away, decided with the doctor in charge which areas to remove fat from, and had the surgery without any major difficulties. I removed fat from the accessory breast area and the back of my upper arms. The compression garment was a bit uncomfortable, but unless I lift my arms way up? I don’t think there’s really any pain!! I didn’t really diet and ate what I wanted, but it doesn’t bulge out like before and follows the line, so I really feel like I made the right choice..
