I was living thinking it wouldn’t happen to me, but lately when I look at my nose, it seems to have drooped a lot and the line feels a bit outdated for today’s standardsㅠ More than anything, the silicone implant has shifted, so it’s obvious when viewed from the front. I want to change the line and at the same time make the nasal tip look more refined and lifted again, so I’m looking into revision surgery. These days it seems like rib cartilage is used a lot for revision rhinoplasty, so I’m thinking of using either donated rib cartilage or my own rib cartilage to lift the nasal tip firmly. Is the material okay? For the line, I’m thinking of keeping it as a straight-to-slightly-curved line and making it a slim nose. Please let me know some plastic surgery clinics that people have been going to a lot recently for revision surgery

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
