Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

My revised nose became crooked, and I’m wondering what to do (warning: long post)

I had surgery with ㅇㅇtex in 2002, and in 2006 I had surgery with costal cartilage + silicone at ㅇㅇㅎ in Seoul (I’m old, 42 years old). Then I moved to Busan, and in 2012 I was in a traffic accident and had pins placed in my cheekbone because of an orbital fracture. At that time, the university hospital where I had the orbital fracture surgery said there was nothing wrong with my nose. So I lived without thinking much about it, but a few years ago I looked in a reverse mirror and realized my nose was crooked and my facial asymmetry was severe. I don’t know whether my nose became crooked and my cheekbone asymmetry happened after the traffic accident, or whether it had been that way from the beginning. So I heard ㅇㅇㅎ had changed to ㅇㅇㅇ and went there, but they said the director had passed away ㅠㅠ According to another director, the silicone had shifted to the side. These days my rhinitis is bad too ㅠㅠ Even after finding out the silicone had shifted, I’ve been living like this for another few years, but now I’ve had a child and I want to have my final revision surgeryㅠㅠ But because of my age, my elasticity is already collapsing, so surgery scares me ㅠㅠ On top of that, I have a short, upturned nose, so costal cartilage was used, and trying to have revision surgery makes me scared of the result. Since it would be a re-revision, I wonder if Seoul would be better than doing it in Busan, but thinking about going back and forth to the hospital feels burdensome (because of my child ㅠㅠ). Anyway, before I get even older, even if I give up on my cheekbones, I want to at least correct my crooked nose, but I have no information and feel lost, so I joined a community. For a re-revision, can costal cartilage not be used again? Is re-revision surgery in Busan not recommended??
