Even if you make a reservation, the wait is long. It seemed like they had only opened recently, but there were a lot of people coming and going after surgery, and there were foreign patients too... It felt very global.. The manager had a somewhat sales-like feel (this is just my personal taste) A/S: 1 year Post-op care: swelling laser They recommended brow lift + natural adhesion + upper epicanthoplasty (optional).. I didn't even know what a brow lift was, so I was kind of dazed while listening to the explanation and they drew out the line for me, but I liked it, and if I did the brow lift, they said they could also do it with buried sutures while lifting the sagging skin, so I started wondering if I should do the brow lift. But after coming home and searching, I changed my mind.
3. Promise, one-doctor clinic (consultation fee: x)
I can't remember the A/S... The manager felt like a beginner, but was kind. Still, I thought it was better than a manager acting like they were the doctor and saying this must be done and that must be done. No pressure to book.
Since it was my first surgery, I liked that they aimed for the minimum necessary surgery, but they only recommended natural adhesion (buried sutures)... So I worried that after surgery, the sagging skin might cover the line.
4. Gangnam Seoyeon, one-doctor clinic (consultation fee: 5,000 won) A/S: 1 year When I asked about aftercare, they said there wasn't anything separate for that haha The doctor said that because their hands are so quick, even without special aftercare, the swelling tends to be mild. While waiting for the consultation, I looked at the review photos, and the photos from immediately after surgery and a few days later really did seem to have little swelling. They recommended incisional + epicanthoplasty (optional) When I asked the doctor whether I didn't need ptosis correction, they said I had pseudo-ptosis, so I didn't need it. The four clinics all recommended different surgery methods, so I was in a total panic, but the surgery method at this clinic seemed right to me, so I went ahead and booked surgery. There was no pressure to book, and they said I could go home, think about it, and reserve later, but I just did it.
As for cost, from highest to lowest: Seoyeon > Thank You > Aihou > Promise ...I worked hard writing this, me... I just signed up today.. so if I should write the hospital names as initials, please let me know... I don't want ptosis correction, but why do I want to do it at Aihou haha The method is 4, but I want to do it at 1. 1.
