Honestly, compared with my eyes and nose, facial contouring was the surgery I was most... worried about.. There weren’t any issues serious enough to worry about, but compared with eyes and nose surgery, it definitely does seem like a surgery with a longer recovery period ㅠ
I can’t believe I’m bringing out a review after 3 years lol. I’ll try to recall my memories after a long time.
What was hard in the beginning.. swelling, pain, lip swelling, and so on. At the time, I wondered if this was normal, but as time passed lol, and as I went to the hospital for follow-up visits and saw the condition of other patients too, it seemed like most people were pretty similar, so I ended up thinking, “I guess that’s how it is~” and just endured it and waited.
Time is the medicine. haha
I had two types of facial contouring: cheekbone reduction and square jaw surgery~ I wanted a facial line that wouldn’t make my angular face look too feminine, but would remove the overly noticeable cheekbones and square jaw, and the director said that even without doing three procedures, two procedures would be enough to improve it, so I had the surgery~
Looking at the post-op photos, it’s clear that the surgical effect was good haha. I also dug through my gallery after a long time and pulled up my pre-op photos... The before-and-after difference... is pretty big, haha..
After the surgery, I started investing a lot in skin care too, and my friends around me even said I was really in my prime when it came to taking care of my appearance haha. Since I made a difficult decision and had the surgery, I felt like of course I should do other kinds of maintenance too~
Thanks to that, my life before and after surgery... has almost completely changed haha.
I was able to meet a highly skilled director and end up with a smooth face without side effects haha.
