4 Months After Nose Surgery...

After< a few days ago >After after after<3 months>Before before I'm 4 months post-op, and until when does the swelling keep going down? Right now, I kind of hope it doesn't go down any more Maybe because I didn't have much major swelling right after surgery, it feels like the swelling is going down quickly too. These days, when I see the swelling going down, I sometimes think maybe I should have used costal cartilage and made it higher and more dramatic. I don't regret getting nose surgery, but how should I put it? Lingering feelings??? It was my first nose surgery, and I felt burdened, so I used septal cartilage and ear cartilage, but it definitely does seem like costal cartilage gives a more dramatic look. At first, since the glabella area and nasal tip got higher, I worried a bit because my nose looked long and my midface looked long, but once the swelling went down, that worry was just me overthinking it. My friends all say it turned out naturally and well, and I admit my nose turned out well too!! I used to get filler in my nose, but surgery really is the way to go.
