I only had the tip of my nose done without an implant, but it became crooked, my nostrils got pinched, and the columella dropped too much, so I got a consultation for revision surgery. They recommended composite grafting with nostril lowering and autologous costal cartilage. At another place, they said my nose was one that probably didn’t need composite grafting and that it might be fixed with cartilage repositioning and cartilage grafting, so I passed on that.
