My life changed 180 degrees after the surgery. Even as time passes, the emotional scars from the surgery do not go away. Especially the consultation director’s attitude changed before and after the surgery.. They never answered the phone, and I waited nearly two hours just to see the consultation director’s face. Now, just seeing the name of that consultation director who had all that long experience gives me PTSD…
