(In my case, it was ambiguous whether I needed to extract my premolars. I wanted to proceed without extracting them if possible, but other places either said I had to extract all 4 wisdom teeth plus 4 premolars, or were too definitive that removing only the wisdom teeth would be enough, so I did not really trust them. Here, they honestly told me that removing only the wisdom teeth would probably be enough, and that if it did not work during treatment, we could change the treatment plan then, so we should try it first.) The diagnosis was fast and accurate, and when I mentioned anything uncomfortable, they explained it right away without hesitation and fixed it exactly haha. And above all, they are always smiling warmly and are so kind, so I feel good every time I go haha
