2 Weeks After 3-Part Facial Contouring

It’s almost been 2 weeks now The swelling is asymmetrical on both sides, but the major swelling has gone down But in week 1, the stitch at the far left inside my mouth burst, so I went to get the stitches removed in week 2 with it still open like that When they were removing the other stitches, I asked them to sew up the open gap on the other side, but they said the tissue would fill in on its own and didn’t sew up that pretty wide-open area!!! I have nowhere to even talk about this. The manager and the director are all on vacation, apparently? hehe So I came home with it dangling open, after only having the stitches on the right side removed (I live outside Seoul). After getting the stitches removed, what is this? There’s a hole on the upper left side too When I press my cheek, it makes a gurgling, air-filled sound... and blood was flowing through that hole... When I press my lower jaw, it even makes clicking sounds... ha I called the hospital right away and asked if I could speak with the director They said he’s on vacation, so they’d book me for the earliest available appointment next week.. They said the director must have had a reason for stitching it in a way that left a hole above my gums *^^* Next week I’m going in to show my progress on a day with no aftercare either, so freaking excited
