When I first went, I had a long consultation with the consultant and then consulted with the director, and they drew the line several times for me, which was nice! They also shaped the double eyelid line prettily in the style I wanted. Because my eye-opening strength is weak and there is a high chance it could loosen, they recommended incisional surgery, and in the end they gave me an estimate for incisional double eyelid surgery, ptosis correction, epicanthoplasty, and lateral canthoplasty.
