My natural eyes 3. 2 weeks after surgery 4. 4 months after surgery 5. 4 months after surgery 6. 1 year after surgery My eyes weren't originally on the small side, so people around me told me there was no need to do it, but the outer-lower part was closed off, so I always had to apply heavy makeup to the triangular zone, and when I did that my makeup looked too heavy, which stressed me out. I'm very satisfied after getting lateral canthoplasty + lower canthoplasty. I also heard a lot that after canthoplasty it goes back to how it was before, but since it's been 1 year and it's still like this, I don't think it will close back up. As for downsides, my eyes are very dry, and sometimes when my condition isn't good, conjunctival edema appears on the whites of my eyes. I think people with sensitive eyes should think carefully about it.
