I'm very satisfied after getting lateral canthoplasty + lower canthoplasty. I also heard a lot that after canthoplasty it goes back to how it was before, but since it's been 1 year and it's still like this, I don't think it will close back up. As for downsides, my eyes are very dry, and sometimes when my condition isn't good, conjunctival edema appears on the whites of my eyes. I think people with sensitive eyes should think carefully about it.
