My lips being too thick and large was also a complex of mine, so I wondered what it would be like to reduce them a little from their original size. I went for a consultation at a place that had many photo reviews and was good to use as reference. They carefully determined the lip proportions according to the overall horizontal and vertical proportions of the face, and decided the relative visible size of the upper and lower lips. They designed it so that volume would be preserved where it was lacking and the lip line could look even, so I felt it was a place where both size and shape correction could be done at the same time.
