Location: You can get off at Samseong Jungang Station or Seolleung Station and walk.. Usually plastic surgery clinics are clustered together, but around here there weren’t any other plastic surgery clinics, just this one standing by itself lol There’s a good soy sauce crab restaurant nearby lol

Waiting time: The waiting time is on the longer side! My consultation was originally at 9, I had the consultant consultation at 9:30, and the doctor consultation at 9:45..

<Nose consultation details with Director ㅅㅁㄱ> I first had a nose consultation with Director ㅅㅁㄱ, who specializes in noses. (He probably only handles noses..)
He said my hump nose is not that severe, so there are two surgical methods: either slightly shave down only the hump, or not shave the hump and fill it in with ear cartilage and septal cartilage. But if the hump is shaved down, the nose would inevitably become lower than now, and since the hump is not that severe, he recommended the second surgical method.
And he said a slight hump on a man is not bad either.. He said there are many men who intentionally ask to leave a slight hump..
Since I’m not raising it a lot, just slightly, I don’t need that much material, so costal cartilage is not necessary.. He said they would use two materials: ear cartilage, and because I personally don’t have enough ear cartilage, septal cartilage as well.
He said that if only the nasal tip is operated on, the nostrils can look lifted and larger, so nostril lowering would also need to be done. Hmm… but.. this is the first time I’ve been recommended nostril lowering while going around to several consultations so far.. lol I feel like I’ve seen a post somewhere saying that Director ㅅㅁㄱ at ㅈㅇ Plastic Surgery often recommends surgery by bundling nostril lowering together as a set, so everyone who has had a consultation or surgery at ㅈㅇ, please give me some feedback haha

<Eye consultation details with Director ㄱㅇㅈ> Next, after about 15 minutes, I had a consultation with Director Kim Yeon-jun, who specializes in eyes.
First, he said if I did lateral canthoplasty, my eyes would look more close-set, and that I personally don’t need it.
He said ptosis correction and double eyelid surgery would be done together, and that he would do the surgery with a buried-suture method so the double eyelid would show slightly.
I liked the line he made for me.
He said I don’t need under-eye fat grafting, and that under-eye fat repositioning alone would be enough.. I thought under-eye fat repositioning lasted for life, but he said depending on the person, if fat fills back in, it may need to be done again.. Still, he said it lasts about 5 years..
I said I wanted incision rather than buried sutures in case my eyes came undone, and he said incision is possible if I want it.. but since my eyelid skin is on the thin side, he said it probably would not come undone easily even with buried sutures..
<Consultation with the consultant again> The consultant said I don’t necessarily need nose surgery.. She said my 1st priority is eyes, 2nd is facial contouring, and 3rd is nose.. She said my current nose is already pretty, so I should do my eyes first rather than my nose.. and that for satisfaction relative to cost, facial contouring surgery would likely be more satisfying than nose surgery.. ㅈㅇ doesn’t do facial contouring surgery.. but because she told me this, I somehow trusted her more ㅇㅇ
