I made a consultation reservation and went, but I waited an hour. The wait was so long that some people were complaining, the desk staff were all busy, and the hospital atmosphere was way too chaotic. I had booked a consultation, but I only talked with the manager; the doctors had already gone home.. (It was 5:30 p.m.) If that was the case, why did they even accept consultation reservations..? I left because it was so ridiculous. Can a hospital be run this carelessly in the middle of Gangnam?ㅠㅠ This was the first time I’ve ever had such a careless consultation while going around visiting clinics. And they even pressured me to book that same day.. The doctor had already gone home, so how could I trust the consultation manager and book on the same day?
