My first buried stitch surgery came undone. I was lazy and kept going for over a year with it undone, but I finally could not take it anymore and had a revision. I did not want to go through a third surgery, so I chose a place that seemed like it could do it firmly. I also did not want it to come undone again, so I wanted incision double eyelid surgery. At first, the director recommended buried stitches, but when I said I wanted incision, they did it that way. I liked how smoothly they consulted in the direction the patient wanted, and I also told them to make the line shape fit the current trend, and everyone says it looks pretty and that it turned out well.
