I went because it was said to be a clinic that recommends buried sutures a lot. I visited because it was rumored to look natural. I went expecting buried sutures, and while they said they could do buried sutures, because my eyes have weak opening strength and multiple lines, even if they did buried sutures it would just feel like drawing one line on a droopy eye, and after some time another line would form so the surgery would be pointless. I, the director, hate eyes that are wide open. I can make naturally clear eyes. I’m confident. Cases that went wrong after ptosis correction are like that because they were overcorrected. There isn’t much fat in the eyelids, and the eye folds are deep, so let’s move the fat that has attached upward near the brow slightly downward, and do just enough ptosis correction to create the strength to open the eyes.
