He is very firm. He says no when something cannot be done. I felt that he gives a very accurate diagnosis about the eyes because he checked my whole face and clearly told me that since the space between my eyebrows and eyes is narrow, this is about as far as it can realistically go. I also brought a photo I wanted, and he compared it side by side with my eyes and honestly told me that this eye is impossible, which I liked, but the double eyelid he showed me as a realistic possibility was not my style, so I am conflicted
