I think osteotomy restoration would be difficult, and it seems like my nose would be ruined even more aesthetically. What do you think about removing costal cartilage and filling in the sunken areas caused by too much osteotomy? I think this might be okay. They say osteotomy restoration itself might not be good. Should I go to places like Whee Plastic Surgery, Seoul Asan Jang Yong-joo, Objet Plastic Surgery, and so on?
