They showed me separate before-and-after photos tailored to my needs, so I trusted them a lot. In that sense, I recommend an in-person consultation. I got the impression that they spoke carefully and honestly about whether it would be possible or not. The director and the manager were both cheerful, and I liked that it felt less tense.
