First of all, the facility is old, so I can't say it's good. It's not very small or dirty, though. The manager looked fairly old too, but she was kind, and the other staff were nice as well. But the doctor had a good tone of voice, yet the explanation was lacking, and when he asked if there was anything else I was curious about regarding the procedure, I couldn't properly look into it.
