The head staff member was really kind, but the wait in front was quite long, and the director kept answering in a very dry, maybe even perfunctory way, so I was a little taken aback. I know he’s an authority in functional nose surgery, but he looked a bit tired I couldn’t even bring myself to be enthusiastic during the consultation.
