They first explained the difference between an implant and no implant, then told me to choose which one I wanted ㅡㅡ My nasal bridge is low, so I was thinking about an implant and wanted to go with an implant. I thought this was a place that pursued natural results, but they recommended way too many things. Osteotomy and nostril reduction were things I was hearing for the first time, so I was conflicted. I did not get a friendly feeling from the manager, and it felt like they were busy, so the explanations were rushed..
