There were a lot of people and a bit of waiting, and the waiting area was cramped The hospital felt hectic The manager I consulted with was kind and gave a very long explanation She didn’t say things like what I should do, and only answered what I asked The procedure was done by a female doctor, and she was extremely sincere She answered questions earnestly, and the nurses were also fairly kind Even among doctors who do procedures, some don’t pay much attention or just rush through because they’re busy, but this doctor wasn’t like that, so I’m glad
