I went for a consultation for nose surgery (hump nose), and they clearly explained the parts that could not be done and reflected my opinion on the nose shape I wanted as much as possible, which I liked. What I found most trustworthy was that instead of consulting first with the manager, I had a one-on-one consultation with the director and then got the price explanation from the manager!
