I went because I wanted to get skin care, and as soon as I arrived the desk staff greeted me well and were kind, which was nice. While waiting, I had a consultation, but the person doing the consultation didn’t seem to know much about skin devices? care?.,. When I asked, “What kind of treatment is this for what I’m worrying about right now, instead of the one you recommended?” they said yes, that they usually do that treatment, and then guided me back to the originally recommended one. The consultation ended in 2 minutes,, I went for treatment after the consultation because of my skin condition, but they didn’t properly look at my skin condition, and I never once lowered my mask during the consultation to show my skin. The skincare staff were all kind overall.
