If nothing else, I recommend that people who need bone shaving go to several places first. Because I had a hump, I already had a bridge, so I asked for the surgery to be done so that it wouldn't look obvious even if the nose was lowered, and the doctor was very stern and charismatic, and said okay, but then put in about 4 mm of silicone..
