The consultation was insanely short, like 5 minutes... But after seeing other reviews, I guess this director has always been like that... It was so fast I almost wondered, did I even have a consultation?? Even so, we went back and forth and they tried to make the line I wanted. They explained everything they needed to explain. Even if that’s their usual style, as a patient it would still be hard to feel it was friendly. There was no consultation fee.
