Since it was underarm laser hair removal, I only briefly saw the doctor when she did the laser hair removal, and she was kind. Maybe because they were thorough, even after 5 sessions the hair grows back very thin and barely at all! And especially the staff here are so kind. The dermatology clinic is quiet and nice too.
