Honestly, I was a little worried because the reviews were so bad, but the doctor's style was to cut straight to the key points in an easy-to-understand way, which I liked. If he had gone on and on, I think I would have just zoned out and not understood anything.. And there was no overtreatment or anything like that, so I trusted him more! The manager felt like the model of kindness according to the other reviews..? She spoke very gently!! I heard the key points from the doctor and then heard the explanation again from the manager, which was even better, and I had thread lifting, but people around me all said I did well, so I'm satisfied!
