The director was very friendly? I should say he gave off an uncle-like vibe. Honestly, I felt comfortable during the consultation. The nurses were also kind, but one thing that bothered me was that when I was lying on the operating table waiting for the director to come, people were casually talking about their personal relationships with the clinic in front of me, which caught me off guard and made me feel bad... Still, they were kind, and I was very satisfied with the surgical results.
