The consultation manager was kind and explained things to me as clearly as possible. There was no pressure at all, and she answered my questions well. I had a designated consultation with Director Kim, and the explanation of the surgical method and my questions was very detailed. While pulling the skin to show how the line would be made, he showed me what kind of line I could expect, and I got the reassuring feeling that he was doing the surgery safely and with his best effort. He also explained in detail about wrinkles, risks, and so on if too much is removed, and said he would do the surgery the way I wanted.
