Yudal Plastic Surgery is apparently really famous in Mokpo. The director has also worked in Mokpo for over 10 years, and they say he is really good at buried double eyelids. People around me had theirs done naturally, so I went for a consultation, but I already had double eyelids and wanted an incisional procedure, and they recommended buried instead. He seemed very confident about buried-method surgery.
