The consultant said there was a lot to do. They said I seem to have a lot of visceral fat and should get rid of it, and that I’d probably see results, but the doctor said the effects might be minimal. They told me not to have high expectations and said if I wanted to do it, do it, and if I didn’t, then don’t do it. I was like, huh? What is this? The doctor not raising my expectations made me not want to do it at all. I left the hospital right away.
