The doctor is great at hump nose osteotomy. He doesn't do overtreatment. He did not recommend using the septum. He's good at making a graceful nose line, but I had a small upturned nose, so I wanted to lengthen the columella, and after a revision at another hospital using additional cartilage, my nasal septum bent. What Dr. Lee said about not using the septum was right. People said my nose line was pretty at that time
