I think they would do it safely and very naturally.. They also don't recommend other surgeries as much as possible. When I said I wanted it done, they actually tried to stop me.. The consultation staff was kind, and the male doctor was also kind and explained things well, but his hands smelled like cigarettes, and he kept holding my nose with those hands, which was pretty rough....
